Budget Calculator is designed around a simple principle: your financial data stays yours. The app stores your budgets and entries only on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, and the app never asks for your name, email, or bank details. We do not run our own servers for this app and we do not receive your data on any server we operate.
The app includes a backup-and-restore feature that lets you export your budgets (for example, to transfer them between installs). Backups are created by you, stored where you choose, and are never sent to us.
The free version of Budget Calculator shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location, and app-usage information in order to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where you have not opted out. You can learn how Google uses this information at Google's Privacy Policy, and you can reset or opt out of ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
The optional Pro one-time purchase removes all ads and promotions from the app. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we do not see or store your payment information. With ads removed, no advertising data is collected by the app.
Nothing. We do not collect, store, or share personal information ourselves. Any data the app needs to function lives on your device.
Budget Calculator is a general-audience utility app. Because the app collects no personal information itself, there is no personal data from children for us to retain or share. Ad serving is handled by Google AdMob under its own policies.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
